Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients yields : 6 servings)
  • 150 g dark chocolate

  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 50 ml soy milk

  • 50 ml espresso

  • 2 tbsp cashew butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Realisation
  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler;

  2. In a mixer, add the tofu, soy milk, espresso, cashew butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and melted chocolate, blend until smooth;

  3. Divide the mixture into dessert cups;

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
