Tofu Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients (yields : 6 servings)
150 g dark chocolate
300 g silken tofu
2 tbsp caster sugar
Realisation
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler;
In a mixer, add the tofu, sugar and melted chocolate, blend until smooth;
Divide the mixture into dessert cups;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
