Tofu Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients (yields : 6 servings)
150 g dark chocolate
300 g silken tofu
50 ml soy milk
50 ml espresso
2 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Realisation
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler;
In a mixer, add the tofu, soy milk, espresso, cashew butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and melted chocolate, blend until smooth;
Divide the mixture into dessert cups;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
