Tofu with Crab
Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
250 g silken tofu
250 g crab meat and crab fat
2 shallots
2 sprigs of chives
30 ml vegetable oil
25 cl de seafood broth
15 g de corn starch
15 ml water
Dash of sesame oil
salt
pepper
Realisation
Cut the tofu into small cubes;
Cut the crab meat into small pieces;
Mince the shallots and chives;
Heat the oil, sauté the shallots;
Add the crab meat and crab fat, sauté for 2 minutes;
Add the tofu and the seafood broth;
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cook for 5 minutes;
Season with salt and pepper to taste;
Dissolve the cornstarch in water, then add it to the tofu and crab to thicken the sauce;
Turn off the heat, drizzle with a dash of sesame oil, sprinkle with minced chives;
Serve and enjoy!
