Tofu with Crab

Ingredients yields : 2 servings)
  • 250 g silken tofu

  • 250 g crab meat and crab fat

  • 2 shallots

  • 2 sprigs of chives

  • 30 ml vegetable oil

  • 25 cl de seafood broth

  • 15 g de corn starch

  • 15 ml water

  • Dash of sesame oil

  • salt

  • pepper

Realisation
  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes;

  2. Cut the crab meat into small pieces;

  3. Mince the shallots and chives;

  4. Heat the oil, sauté the shallots;

  5. Add the crab meat and crab fat, sauté for 2 minutes;

  6. Add the tofu and the seafood broth;

  7. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cook for 5 minutes;

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste;

  9. Dissolve the cornstarch in water, then add it to the tofu and crab to thicken the sauce;

  10. Turn off the heat, drizzle with a dash of sesame oil, sprinkle with minced chives;

  11. Serve and enjoy!
