Tofu-Strawberry Mousse


Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
250 g strawberries, hulled
60 g powdered sugar
200 g silken tofu
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1½ tsp agar-agar
50 ml water
Realisation
Blend the strawberries, sugar, silken tofu, and oil together in a mixer;
Combine the agar-agar with the water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute while stirring;
Add the agar-agar mixture to the strawberry-tofu mixture in the mixer;
Blend again until fully combined;
Chill for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
