Tofu-Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
  • 250 g strawberries, hulled

  • 60 g powdered sugar

  • 200 g silken tofu

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

  • 1½ tsp agar-agar

  • 50 ml water

Realisation
  1. Blend the strawberries, sugar, silken tofu, and oil together in a mixer;

  2. Combine the agar-agar with the water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute while stirring;

  3. Add the agar-agar mixture to the strawberry-tofu mixture in the mixer;

  4. Blend again until fully combined;

  5. Chill for 4 hours;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
