Tofu Peanut Pudding

Ingredients (yields: 4 servings)
  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 60 g pure peanut paste

  • 4 tbsp ginger syrup

  • Pinch of salt

Realisation
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer until smooth;

  2. Divide the mixture into dessert glasses;

  3. Chill for at least 3 hours;

  4. Serve and enjoy!
