Tofu Mustard Verrine
Ingredients (yields : 400 ml)
300 g silken tofu
100 g green mustard sauce
10 g fresh tarragon leaves
preserved ginger in syrup
mint leaves
chive flowers
Realisation
Place the silken tofu, green mustard sauce, and fresh tarragon in a blender, then blend until well combined and smooth;
Divide the mixture among servings glasses;
Cut the mint leaves into ribbons;
Garnish each glass with preserved ginger in syrup, a mint ribbon, and chive flower petals;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
