Tofu Mustard Verrine

Ingredients yields : 400 ml)
  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 100 g green mustard sauce

  • 10 g fresh tarragon leaves

  • preserved ginger in syrup

  • mint leaves

  • chive flowers

Realisation
  1. Place the silken tofu, green mustard sauce, and fresh tarragon in a blender, then blend until well combined and smooth;

  2. Divide the mixture among servings glasses;

  3. Cut the mint leaves into ribbons;

  4. Garnish each glass with preserved ginger in syrup, a mint ribbon, and chive flower petals;

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
