Tofu Mousse Verrine


Ingredients (yields : 6 serving)
150 g silken tofu
75 g cream
30 g grated Parmesan
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp chopped chives
Realisation
Blend the silken tofu, cream, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper in a mixer until smooth;
Fold in the chives with a spatula;
Divide the mixture into verrines;
Chill for at least 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
