Tofu Mousse Verrine

Ingredients (yields : 6 serving)
  • 150 g silken tofu

  • 75 g cream

  • 30 g grated Parmesan

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Realisation
  1. Blend the silken tofu, cream, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper in a mixer until smooth;

  2. Fold in the chives with a spatula;

  3. Divide the mixture into verrines;

  4. Chill for at least 4 hours;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
