Tofu Mocha Mousse

Ingredients (yields: 6 servings)
  • 150 g dark chocolate

  • 13 g instant coffee powder

  • 30 ml hot water

  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 50 g caster sugar

Realisation
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler;

  2. Dissolve the coffee powder in the hot water;

  3. Blend the tofu and sugar together until well combined in a blender;

  4. Add the melted chocolate and coffee mixture, blend again until smooth;

  5. Divide the mousse into serving glasses;

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;

  7. Serve and enjoy!
