Tofu Mocha Mousse


Ingredients (yields: 6 servings)
150 g dark chocolate
13 g instant coffee powder
30 ml hot water
300 g silken tofu
50 g caster sugar
Realisation
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler;
Dissolve the coffee powder in the hot water;
Blend the tofu and sugar together until well combined in a blender;
Add the melted chocolate and coffee mixture, blend again until smooth;
Divide the mousse into serving glasses;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
