White Chocolate Pot de Crème with Silken Tofu


Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
200 g white chocolate (chopped)
300 g silken tofu
A pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp syrup (optional)
Realisation
Melt the white chocolate in a double-boiler;
In a blender, blend the tofu, melted chocolate and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy;
Taste and add syrup according to your preference;
Divide the mixture into dessert cups;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
