White Chocolate Pot de Crème with Silken Tofu

Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
  • 200 g white chocolate (chopped)

  • 300 g silken tofu

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1-2 tbsp syrup (optional)

Realisation
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double-boiler;

  2. In a blender, blend the tofu, melted chocolate and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy;

  3. Taste and add syrup according to your preference;

  4. Divide the mixture into dessert cups;

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
