Tofu Cream on Sablé

Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
  • 100 g silken tofu

  • 50 g white chocolate

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 40 g butter cookies, crushed

  • 10 g butter, melted

  • 1 strawberry, halved

Realisation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler;

  2. Mix the silken tofu, melted chocolate, syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a blender until smooth;

  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 6 hours;

  4. Mix the melted butter with the crushed butter cookies;

  5. Divide the mixture between two dessert glasses, pressing it firmly into the bottom to form a crust;

  6. Transfer the chilled tofu cream to a piping bag and pipe it over the crust;

  7. Decorate each with one half of the strawberry;

  8. Serve and enjoy!
