Tofu Cream on Sablé


Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
100 g silken tofu
50 g white chocolate
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil
40 g butter cookies, crushed
10 g butter, melted
1 strawberry, halved
Realisation
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler;
Mix the silken tofu, melted chocolate, syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a blender until smooth;
Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 6 hours;
Mix the melted butter with the crushed butter cookies;
Divide the mixture between two dessert glasses, pressing it firmly into the bottom to form a crust;
Transfer the chilled tofu cream to a piping bag and pipe it over the crust;
Decorate each with one half of the strawberry;
Serve and enjoy!
