Tofu Cream Canapé


Ingredients (yields : 6 pieces)
150 g silken tofu
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp dried chives
6 Melba toasts
Realisation
Blend the silken tofu, salt, black pepper, and nutritional yeast in a mixer until smooth;
Fold the chives into the tofu mixture using a spatula;
Chill for 1 hour;
Spoon the tofu cream onto the Melba toasts;
Serve and enjoy!
