Tofu Cream Canapé

Ingredients (yields : 6 pieces)
  • 150 g silken tofu

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp dried chives

  • 6 Melba toasts

Realisation
  1. Blend the silken tofu, salt, black pepper, and nutritional yeast in a mixer until smooth;

  2. Fold the chives into the tofu mixture using a spatula;

  3. Chill for 1 hour;

  4. Spoon the tofu cream onto the Melba toasts;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
