Tofu-Chocolate Cream Tartlet

Ingredients (yields : 15 tartlets with a 6 cm diameter)
  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 150 g white chocolate

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 15 pre-baked tartlets, 6 cm in diameter

  • Zest of 3 oranges

Realisation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler;

  2. Mix the silken tofu, melted chocolate, syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a blender until smooth;

  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 6 hours;

  4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe it into the pre-baked tartlets;

  5. Sprinkle orange zest on top;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
