Tofu-Chocolate Cream Tartlet


Ingredients (yields : 15 tartlets with a 6 cm diameter)
300 g silken tofu
150 g white chocolate
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut oil
15 pre-baked tartlets, 6 cm in diameter
Zest of 3 oranges
Realisation
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler;
Mix the silken tofu, melted chocolate, syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a blender until smooth;
Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 6 hours;
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe it into the pre-baked tartlets;
Sprinkle orange zest on top;
Serve and enjoy!
