Tofu Banana Parfait


Ingredients (yields: 2 servings)
150 g ripe banana
150 g silken tofu
8 strawberries, sliced
Realisation
Place the banana and silken tofu in a blender and blend using the frozen treats cycle until smooth and creamy;
Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries at the bottom of the dessert glasses;
Spoon a layer of the tofu-banana cream over the strawberries;
Repeat with a second layer of strawberries and cream;
Top with a final layer of sliced strawberries;
Chill in the refrigerator for one hour;
Serve and enjoy!
