Tofu Banana Parfait

Ingredients (yields: 2 servings)
  • 150 g ripe banana

  • 150 g silken tofu

  • 8 strawberries, sliced

Realisation
  1. Place the banana and silken tofu in a blender and blend using the frozen treats cycle until smooth and creamy;

  2. Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries at the bottom of the dessert glasses;

  3. Spoon a layer of the tofu-banana cream over the strawberries;

  4. Repeat with a second layer of strawberries and cream;

  5. Top with a final layer of sliced strawberries;

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour;

  7. Serve and enjoy!
