Tofu Banana Mousse


Ingredients (yields: 4 servings)
300 g peeled bananas
300 g silken tofu, chilled
Realisation
Slice the bananas into 5 mm-thick rounds;
Freeze the banana slices for at least 6 hours;
Blend the frozen bananas and silken tofu together until just smooth;
Transfer the mixture into dessert glasses;
Serve and enjoy!
