Tofu Banana Mousse

Realisation
  1. Slice the bananas into 5 mm-thick rounds;

  2. Freeze the banana slices for at least 6 hours;

  3. Blend the frozen bananas and silken tofu together until just smooth;

  4. Transfer the mixture into dessert glasses;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
