Tofu Azuki Mousse
Ingredients (yields : 10 servings)
900 g silken tofu
450 g sweet azuki bean paste
Realisation
In a mixer, add the tofu and bean paste, and blend until smooth;
Transfer the mixture into 10 serving containers;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve with crumble made with praline as topping and enjoy!
