Tofu Almond Nice Cream

Ingredients (yields: 3 servings)
  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 60 g almond paste

  • 45 ml simple syrup

  • ½ tsp bitter almond extract

  • Pinch of salt

Realisation
  1. In a food processor, combine the tofu, almond paste, syrup, bitter almond extract, and salt, then blend until smooth;

  2. Transfer the mixture to a container;

  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm;

  4. Take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
