Tofu Almond Nice Cream


Ingredients (yields: 3 servings)
300 g silken tofu
60 g almond paste
45 ml simple syrup
½ tsp bitter almond extract
Pinch of salt
Realisation
In a food processor, combine the tofu, almond paste, syrup, bitter almond extract, and salt, then blend until smooth;
Transfer the mixture to a container;
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm;
Take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes;
Serve and enjoy!
