Strawberry-Tofu Flaugnarde

Ingredients (yields : 6 servings)
  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 45 g all-purpose flour

  • 15 g cornstarch

  • 60 g caster sugar, plus 2 tbsp for topping

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 300 g strawberries, sliced

Realisation
  1. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper;

  2. Blend the silken tofu, flour, cornstarch, 60 g sugar, vanilla extract, and salt together until smooth;

  3. Arrange half of the strawberries on the bottom of the prepared baking pan;

  4. Pour the tofu mixture over;

  5. Arrange the other half of the strawberries on top;

  6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over;

  7. Bake in a 180ºC oven for 35 minutes;

  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before removing it from the baking pan;

  9. Serve and enjoy!
