Strawberry-Tofu Flaugnarde


Ingredients (yields : 6 servings)
300 g silken tofu
45 g all-purpose flour
15 g cornstarch
60 g caster sugar, plus 2 tbsp for topping
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
300 g strawberries, sliced
Realisation
Line a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper;
Blend the silken tofu, flour, cornstarch, 60 g sugar, vanilla extract, and salt together until smooth;
Arrange half of the strawberries on the bottom of the prepared baking pan;
Pour the tofu mixture over;
Arrange the other half of the strawberries on top;
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over;
Bake in a 180ºC oven for 35 minutes;
Remove from the oven and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before removing it from the baking pan;
Serve and enjoy!
