Silken Tofu Frangipane Tart
Ingredients (yields : 8 servings)
2 cups crumble crust
300 g silken tofu
120 g granulated sugar
A few drops of almond extract
150 g almond flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
A pinch of salt
Realisation
Line a 10-inch pie pan with parchment paper and press the crumble crust into the bottom;
Blend the tofu, sugar and almond extract together in a food processor until smooth and creamy;
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour and salt, and mix well;
Add the tofu mixture to the almond flour mixture and mix with a spatula until combined;
Pour the mixture onto the crust;
Bake in a 180ºC oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown;
Take the tart out of thte oven and let it cool until warm to the touch, then remove from the baking pan and slice;
Serve and enjoy!
