Silken Tofu and Shrimp Soup

Ingredients yields : 2 servings)
  • 250 g silken tofu

  • 10 g dried seaweed

  • 10 raw shrimps

  • 50 cl chicken broth

Realisation
  1. Remove the shells from the shrimps;

  2. Bring the silken tofu and broth to a boil, then let it cook for 5 minutes, using a ladle to gently break the tofu into bite-sized pieces;

  3. Add the shrimps and the seaweed;

  4. Turn off the heat as soon as the shrimps turn pink, about 3 minutes;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
