Silken Tofu and Shrimp Soup
Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
250 g silken tofu
10 g dried seaweed
10 raw shrimps
50 cl chicken broth
Realisation
Remove the shells from the shrimps;
Bring the silken tofu and broth to a boil, then let it cook for 5 minutes, using a ladle to gently break the tofu into bite-sized pieces;
Add the shrimps and the seaweed;
Turn off the heat as soon as the shrimps turn pink, about 3 minutes;
Serve and enjoy!
