Mushroom Braised Tofu

Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
  • 250 g firm tofu

  • 250 g mushrooms

  • 250 ml vegetable broth

  • Salt to taste

Realisation
  1. Dice the tofu into small pieces;

  2. Slice the mushrooms;

  3. Bring the tofu, mushrooms, and broth to a boil;

  4. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours;

  5. Off the heat, taste and adjust the salt;

  6. Serve and enjoy !
