How to remove the packaging in order to extract the silken tofu intact?

1. Take off the top seal by pulling it off or with the help of a knife or scissors, ensuring the opening is neat and wider than the surface of the tofu;

2. Pour out the liquid inside the packaging;

3. Cover the opening with a lightweight cutting board;

4. Flip it over so the tofu sits on the cutting board;

5. Remove the rest of the package by simply pulling it upward.
