Fichi e Tofu
Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
6 figs
25 g firm tofu
2 tsp honey
Realisation
Cut the figs in half;
Finely grate the tofu;
Add the honey to the grated tofu and mix until evenly combined;
Place the fig halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet;
Add a dollop of the tofu-honey mixture onto each fig half;
Place under the broiler in an oven for 5 minutes;
Serve warm or at room temperature, and enjoy!
