Deviled Tofu


Ingredients (yields : 16 pieces)
8 eggs
120 g silken tofu
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp nutritional yeast
4 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp paprika powder
Realisation
Hard boil the eggs, then peel and slice each one in half lengthwise;
Add the cooked yolks, silken tofu, mustard, salt, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and oil to the blender, then use the batter cycle to blend until smooth;
Pipe the yolk-tofu mixture back into the egg whites;
Top with chopped chives and a sprinkle of paprika powder;
Serve and enjoy!
