Deviled Tofu

Ingredients (yields : 16 pieces)
  • 8 eggs

  • 120 g silken tofu

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast

  • 4 tsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

  • 1 tsp paprika powder

Realisation
  1. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and slice each one in half lengthwise;

  2. Add the cooked yolks, silken tofu, mustard, salt, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and oil to the blender, then use the batter cycle to blend until smooth;

  3. Pipe the yolk-tofu mixture back into the egg whites;

  4. Top with chopped chives and a sprinkle of paprika powder;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
