Crispy Tuna and Tofu Brandade
Ingredients (yields : 16 servings)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
80 g canned tuna in brine
160 g silken tofu
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp grated Gruyère cheese
Realisation
Preheat the oven to 200°C;
Finely chop the onion and garlic;
Heat olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent;
Add garlic and Herbes de Provence, and cook until fragrant;
Add the tuna and crush it roughly;
Add the tofu and mix it with the tuna while crushing it;
Add the oyster sauce and mix well;
Transfer the brandade into a ramekin, cover with breadcrumbs and Gruyère cheese;
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with toasted bread, and enjoy!
