Tofu Parsley Spread
Ingredients ( yields : 500 ml )
250 g firm tofu
90 ml soy milk
60 ml olive oil
60 ml corn syrup
10 g fresh parsley leaves
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp sea salt
5 sprigs of chives
1 purple coneflower
Realisation
In a mixer, blend everything together until smooth and well combined;
Mince the chives;
Remove the stems and stamens from the coneflower;
Garnish the spread with minced chives and petals of purple coneflower;
Serve and enjoy !
