Tofu Parsley Spread

Ingredients yields : 500 ml )
  • 250 g firm tofu

  • 90 ml soy milk

  • 60 ml olive oil

  • 60 ml corn syrup

  • 10 g fresh parsley leaves

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 5 sprigs of chives

  • 1 purple coneflower

Realisation
  1. In a mixer, blend everything together until smooth and well combined;

  2. Mince the chives;

  3. Remove the stems and stamens from the coneflower;

  4. Garnish the spread with minced chives and petals of purple coneflower;

  5. Serve and enjoy !
