Tofu Marzipan Mousse

Ingredients yields : 4 servings)
  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 150 g powdered sugar

  • 20 ml almond milk

  • a few drops of almond essence

  • 150 g almond flour

Realisation
  1. Place the silken tofu, sugar, almond milk, and almond essence into the blender, and blend until well combined;

  2. Add the almond flour and continue to blend until fully incorporated;

  3. Divide the mixture into dessert cups;

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
