Tofu Marzipan Mousse
Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
300 g silken tofu
150 g powdered sugar
20 ml almond milk
a few drops of almond essence
150 g almond flour
Realisation
Place the silken tofu, sugar, almond milk, and almond essence into the blender, and blend until well combined;
Add the almond flour and continue to blend until fully incorporated;
Divide the mixture into dessert cups;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
