Tofu and Rose Soup
Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
100 g semi-firm tofu
5 cotton rose (Hibiscus mutabilis)
3 g ginger
50 cl vegetable broth
salt
pepper
Realisation
Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes;
Remove the stems and stamens from the roses;
Slice the ginger;
Add the tofu, petals and ginger to the broth;
Heat the mixture, bring to a boil;
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes;
Turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper to your taste;
Serve and enjoy !
