Tofu and Rose Soup

Ingredients yields : 2 servings)
  • 100 g semi-firm tofu

  • 5 cotton rose (Hibiscus mutabilis)

  • 3 g ginger

  • 50 cl vegetable broth

  • salt

  • pepper

Realisation
  1. Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes;

  2. Remove the stems and stamens from the roses;

  3. Slice the ginger;

  4. Add the tofu, petals and ginger to the broth;

  5. Heat the mixture, bring to a boil;

  6. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes;

  7. Turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper to your taste;

  8. Serve and enjoy !
