Tofu and Hummus Sandwich
Ingredients (yields : 1 serving)
50 g plain pressed tofu
15 ml olive oil and more
pinch of salt
2 pieces of bread
1/4 red bell pepper
2 leaves of lettuce

Realisation
Slice the tofu into thin slices;
Cut the bell pepper into pieces;
Heat the oil, toast the tofu until golden, and season it with salt during cooking;
Drizzle some olive oil onto the 2 pieces of bread, the spread the hummus onto the bread, adjusting the amount to your préference;
Assemble the toasted tofu, the bell pepper and the lettuce onto one piece of bread, then cover with the other piece;
Serve and enjoy!
