Tofu and Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients yields : 1 serving)
  • 50 g plain pressed tofu

  • 15 ml olive oil and more

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 pieces of bread

  • 1/4 red bell pepper

  • 2 leaves of lettuce

  • hummus

Realisation
  1. Slice the tofu into thin slices;

  2. Cut the bell pepper into pieces;

  3. Heat the oil, toast the tofu until golden, and season it with salt during cooking;

  4. Drizzle some olive oil onto the 2 pieces of bread, the spread the hummus onto the bread, adjusting the amount to your préference;

  5. Assemble the toasted tofu, the bell pepper and the lettuce onto one piece of bread, then cover with the other piece;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
