Soy protein isolate is primarily used by the food industry as an ingredient in various food products, including sports nutrition products and protein shakes, to enhance protein content or serve as an emulsifier.

Description

Soy protein isolate is obtained by further processing the soy protein concentrate to remove even more of the non-protein components, resulting in a product that is at least 90% protein. Compared to soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate has a milder flavor and smoother texture.
