Soy Milk Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
100 g dark chocolate
100 ml soy milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Realisation
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler;
Add the powdered sugar to the soy milk;
Place the container with soy milk over a bowl filled with icy water and whisk the soy milk until foamy;
Add the whipped soy milk to the melted chocolate and mix well;
Transfer the mixture into 2 serving containers;
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
