Soy Milk Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients yields : 2 servings)
  • 100 g dark chocolate

  • 100 ml soy milk

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Realisation
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler;

  2. Add the powdered sugar to the soy milk;

  3. Place the container with soy milk over a bowl filled with icy water and whisk the soy milk until foamy;

  4. Add the whipped soy milk to the melted chocolate and mix well;

  5. Transfer the mixture into 2 serving containers;

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours;

  7. Serve and enjoy!
