Soy Hummus


Ingredients (yields: 250 ml)
120 g dry soybeans
60 g tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
Realisation
Soak the soybeans overnight;
Rinse, then boil for 120 minutes, or until soft;
Drain and let cool to room temperature;
Blend the soybeans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor until smooth;
Sprinkle with sesame seeds;
Serve and enjoy!
