Homemade Soy Milk

Ingredients ( yields : 1000 ml )
  • 90 g soybeans

  • 1350 ml water (plus more for soaking)

Realisation
  1. Soak the soybeans in water for about 8 hours;

  2. Drain the soaked soybeans and place them in a blender;

  3. Add 1350 ml of water;

  4. Blend until smooth;

  5. Strain through a cheesecloth to remove the soy pulp;

  6. Bring the filtered soy milk to a boil;

  7. Serve immediately, or chill before serving and enjoy!
