Homemade Soy Milk


Ingredients ( yields : 1000 ml )
90 g soybeans
1350 ml water (plus more for soaking)
Realisation
Soak the soybeans in water for about 8 hours;
Drain the soaked soybeans and place them in a blender;
Add 1350 ml of water;
Blend until smooth;
Strain through a cheesecloth to remove the soy pulp;
Bring the filtered soy milk to a boil;
Serve immediately, or chill before serving and enjoy!
