Homemade Soy Coffee

Ingredients (yields : 600 ml)
  • 100 g soybeans

  • 600 ml water

Realisation
  1. Toast the soybeans in a frying pan over medium-high heat until browned;

  2. Let them cool to room temperature;

  3. Grind the toasted soybeans into coarse grits;

  4. Place the ground soybeans in a filter coffee machine, just like regular coffee grounds;

  5. Let it drip through;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
