Homemade Soy Coffee


Ingredients (yields : 600 ml)
100 g soybeans
600 ml water
Realisation
Toast the soybeans in a frying pan over medium-high heat until browned;
Let them cool to room temperature;
Grind the toasted soybeans into coarse grits;
Place the ground soybeans in a filter coffee machine, just like regular coffee grounds;
Let it drip through;
Serve and enjoy!
