Crustless Quiche with Tofu

Ingredients yields : 4 servings)
  • 300 g mushrooms

  • 30 g butter

  • 100 g smoked fish

  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1tsp herbes de Provence

  • 50 g grated mozzarella

  • 50 g grated Parmesan

Realisation
  1. Slice the mushrooms;

  2. Melt the butter in a skillet, then sauté the mushrooms until softened;

  3. Shred the smoked fish;

  4. Place the tofu and eggs in a mixing bowl, season with the salt and herbes de Provence, then mix well;

  5. Add the grated mozzarella and Parmesan, then mix well;

  6. Add the sautéed mushrooms and shredded fish, then mix well;

  7. Place the mixture into a round baking pan with a diameter of 25 cm;

  8. Bake in the oven at 190°C for 20~25 minutes or until the top turns golden;

  9. Remove it from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes;

  10. Serve and enjoy!
