Crustless Quiche with Tofu
Ingredients (yields : 4 servings)
300 g mushrooms
30 g butter
100 g smoked fish
300 g silken tofu
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1tsp herbes de Provence
50 g grated mozzarella
50 g grated Parmesan
Realisation
Slice the mushrooms;
Melt the butter in a skillet, then sauté the mushrooms until softened;
Shred the smoked fish;
Place the tofu and eggs in a mixing bowl, season with the salt and herbes de Provence, then mix well;
Add the grated mozzarella and Parmesan, then mix well;
Add the sautéed mushrooms and shredded fish, then mix well;
Place the mixture into a round baking pan with a diameter of 25 cm;
Bake in the oven at 190°C for 20~25 minutes or until the top turns golden;
Remove it from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes;
Serve and enjoy!
