Creamy Frozen Soy Yogurt


Ingredients (yields: 2 servings)
200 g soy yogurt
100 g soy cream
30 g powdered sugar
Realisation
Hand mix everything together until well combined;
Pour the mixture through a strainer into ice-cubes and freeze for 6 hours;
Remove from freeze and let it sit in room temperature for 10 min;
Blend the frozen cubes in a blender by using frozen treats cycle;
Serve immediately and enjoy!
