Chocolate-Soy Cream Ganache


Ingredients (yields: 450 ml)
200 g dark chocolate
250 ml soy cream
1 tbsp neutral vegetable oil
Realisation
Chop the chocolate into small pieces;
Heat the soy cream and oil together over medium heat until it begins to simmer;
Pour the hot soy cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes;
Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined;
Use immediately as a glaze or filling for cakes;
Serve and enjoy!
