Chocolate-Soy Cream Ganache

Ingredients (yields: 450 ml)
  • 200 g dark chocolate

  • 250 ml soy cream

  • 1 tbsp neutral vegetable oil

Realisation
  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces;

  2. Heat the soy cream and oil together over medium heat until it begins to simmer;

  3. Pour the hot soy cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes;

  4. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined;

  5. Use immediately as a glaze or filling for cakes;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
