Tofuklöße mit Sauce
Realisation
Shred the tofu;
Add the soy sauce and mix until evenly distributed;
Add the egg and mix until combined;
In another bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt;
Add the flour mixture to the tofu-egg mixture and mix until a dough forms;
Divide the dough into four portions and shape each into a ball-shaped dumpling, dusting with more flour if needed;
Bring the water to a boil, seasoning with salt to taste;
Add the dumplings to the boiling water and cook until they rise to the surface, then continue to cook for 2 more minutes;
Drain the dumplings;
Serve with your desired sauce and enjoy!
