Tofu Miso Soup

Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
Realisation
  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes;

  2. In a soup pot, add the tofu and dried wakame seaweed to the dashi broth, then bring to a simmer;

  3. Let them simmer for a few minutes, until wakame seaweed is rehydrated;

  4. Turn off the heat;

  5. In a small bowl, dissolve the miso with a few tablespoons of soup, then add the dissolved miso back to the pot and stir to combine;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
