Tofu Miso Soup
Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
2 cups dashi broth
100 g semi-firm tofu
2 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
2 tbsp miso
Realisation
Cut the tofu into small cubes;
In a soup pot, add the tofu and dried wakame seaweed to the dashi broth, then bring to a simmer;
Let them simmer for a few minutes, until wakame seaweed is rehydrated;
Turn off the heat;
In a small bowl, dissolve the miso with a few tablespoons of soup, then add the dissolved miso back to the pot and stir to combine;
Serve and enjoy!
