Soy Tiramisu


Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
100 g white chocolate
250 ml soy cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
50 g ladyfingers
100 ml cold coffee
½ tsp cocoa powder
Realisation
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool to room temperature;
Add the soy cream to the melted chocolate and mix until well combined;
Add the lemon juice and stir until fully incorporated;
Pour the cold coffee into a shallow dish;
Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the coffee one by one;
Arrange a first layer of soaked ladyfingers in dessert glasses;
Cover with a generous layer of the creamy mixture;
Add a second layer of soaked ladyfingers, then finish with another layer of the creamy mixture;
Chill for at least 4 hours—overnight is even better;
Dust with cocoa powder;
Serve and enjoy!
