Soy Tiramisu

Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
  • 100 g white chocolate

  • 250 ml soy cream

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 50 g ladyfingers

  • 100 ml cold coffee

  • ½ tsp cocoa powder

Realisation
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool to room temperature;

  2. Add the soy cream to the melted chocolate and mix until well combined;

  3. Add the lemon juice and stir until fully incorporated;

  4. Pour the cold coffee into a shallow dish;

  5. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the coffee one by one;

  6. Arrange a first layer of soaked ladyfingers in dessert glasses;

  7. Cover with a generous layer of the creamy mixture;

  8. Add a second layer of soaked ladyfingers, then finish with another layer of the creamy mixture;

  9. Chill for at least 4 hours—overnight is even better;

  10. Dust with cocoa powder;

  11. Serve and enjoy!
