How to store semi-firm tofu long-term?
  1. Pat dry the surface of the tofu;

  2. Cut the tofu into cubes;

  3. Place the tofu in a container suitable for freezing;

  4. Store in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator.

    Remark 1 : The tofu can be stored for over six months using this method.
