Charcoal-Grilled Yellow Tofu with Bacon

Realisation
  1. Butterfly the tofu;

  2. Cut each slice of bacon into four pieces;

  3. Place each bacon piece into the pocket of the tofu;

  4. Put the tofu on the charcoal grill;

  5. Grill the tofu on both sides until the bacon fat melts, flipping it occasionally to avoid burning the outside of the tofu;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
