Description

Whole bean soy milk is soy milk made without filtering soy pulp. Whether artisanal or industrial, most soy milk production processes involve filtering soy pulp to remove high-cellulose content, creating a smoother texture. However, in whole bean soy milk, this filtering step is omitted. The smooth texture is achieved through advancements in modern grinding technology and the use of ultrafine pulverization and wall-breaking techniques. Compared to filtered soy milk, whole bean soy milk retains the nutritional components of the whole bean intact. It boasts a stronger soybean aroma and a thicker texture.
