Vietnamese Tofu Salad
Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
100 g soft tofu
10 cherry tomates
10 black olives
1 sprig of celery
2 lime or more, enough to obtain 30 ml juice
45 ml fish sauce
2 tbsp honey
30 ml water
A drizzle of sesame oil
Realisation
Cut the tofu into small pieces;
Cut the cherry tomatoes and olives in half;
Chop the celery leaves coarsely;
Zest the limes;
Squeeze the lime juice;
Mix the lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and water;
Add the tofu, cherry tomatoes, olives, and celery leaves to the mixture, then let them marinate for 10 minutes;
Drizzle sesame oil on top;
Sprinkle with zest;
Serve and enjoy!
