Vietnamese Tofu Salad

Ingredients yields : 2 servings)
  • 100 g soft tofu

  • 10 cherry tomates

  • 10 black olives

  • 1 sprig of celery

  • 2 lime or more, enough to obtain 30 ml juice

  • 45 ml fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 30 ml water

  • A drizzle of sesame oil

Realisation
  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces;

  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes and olives in half;

  3. Chop the celery leaves coarsely;

  4. Zest the limes;

  5. Squeeze the lime juice;

  6. Mix the lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and water;

  7. Add the tofu, cherry tomatoes, olives, and celery leaves to the mixture, then let them marinate for 10 minutes;

  8. Drizzle sesame oil on top;

  9. Sprinkle with zest;

  10. Serve and enjoy!
