Tuna Mayonnaise Revisited with Soy Yogurt

Ingredients (yields : 125 ml)
  • 125 g soy yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tbsp minced fresh chives

  • 100 g canned tuna (net, drained)

Realisation
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, dried parsley, and fresh chives until smooth;

  2. Place the tuna in another mixing bowl and break it up with a fork;

  3. Mix the soy yogurt sauce with the tuna until the tuna is evenly coated;

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours;

  5. Serve and enjoy!
