Tuna Mayonnaise Revisited with Soy Yogurt
Ingredients (yields : 125 ml)
125 g soy yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp minced fresh chives
100 g canned tuna (net, drained)
Realisation
In a mixing bowl, mix the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, dried parsley, and fresh chives until smooth;
Place the tuna in another mixing bowl and break it up with a fork;
Mix the soy yogurt sauce with the tuna until the tuna is evenly coated;
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours;
Serve and enjoy!
