Matcha Soy Latte

Ingredients (yields : 1 serving)
  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder

  • 1 tsp honey

Realisation
  1. Pour the soy milk into a small saucepan;

  2. Add the matcha powder;

  3. Place the saucepan over low heat and bring to a simmer, stirring vigorously with a whisk to combine the ingredients well;

  4. Remove from heat and strain into the serving cup;

  5. Add the honey and mix well;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
