Golden Soy Milk

Ingredients (yields : 1 serving)
  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp honey

Realisation
  1. Pour the soy milk into a small saucepan;

  2. Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper;

  3. Place the saucepan over low heat, bring to a simmer, and let simmer for a few minutes, stirring to combine the ingredients well;

  4. Remove from heat, add the coconut oil, and mix well;

  5. Add the honey and mix well;

  6. Serve and enjoy!
