Description
Dried tofu skin is made by dehydrating fresh tofu skin. Due to its bamboo-like shape, it is called ‘fǔzhú’ (腐竹, literally 'tofu bamboo') in Chinese. Compared to fresh tofu skin, it is easier to transport and store, but it needs to be soaked in water until soft before cooking.
