Chocolate Silk Pudding with Soy

Ingredients yields : 2 servings)
  • 100 g dark chocolate

  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 1.5 g agar-agar

Realisation
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces ;

  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler ;

  3. Dilute the agar-agar in 1/8 cup of cold soy milk ;

  4. Place the rest of the soy milk and sugar in a saucepan, then bring it to a simmer ;

  5. Add the hot soy milk into the melted chocolate and mix until combined ;

  6. Add the diluted agar-agar ;

  7. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue to cook for 2 minutes ;

  8. Pour the mixture into serving containers ;

  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours ;

  10. Serve and enjoy!
