Chocolate Silk Pudding with Soy


Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
- 100 g dark chocolate 
- 1 cup soy milk 
- 2 tbsp white sugar 
- 1.5 g agar-agar 
Realisation
- Break the chocolate into pieces ; 
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler ; 
- Dilute the agar-agar in 1/8 cup of cold soy milk ; 
- Place the rest of the soy milk and sugar in a saucepan, then bring it to a simmer ; 
- Add the hot soy milk into the melted chocolate and mix until combined ; 
- Add the diluted agar-agar ; 
- Bring the mixture to a boil and continue to cook for 2 minutes ; 
- Pour the mixture into serving containers ; 
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours ; 
- Serve and enjoy!
