Chocolate Silk Pudding with Soy
Ingredients (yields : 2 servings)
100 g dark chocolate
1 cup soy milk
2 tbsp white sugar
1.5 g agar-agar
Realisation
Break the chocolate into pieces ;
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler ;
Dilute the agar-agar in 1/8 cup of cold soy milk ;
Place the rest of the soy milk and sugar in a saucepan, then bring it to a simmer ;
Add the hot soy milk into the melted chocolate and mix until combined ;
Add the diluted agar-agar ;
Bring the mixture to a boil and continue to cook for 2 minutes ;
Pour the mixture into serving containers ;
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours ;
Serve and enjoy!
